Clear rules for every reservation. Each policy shows its version and dates, and your reservation keeps a record of the versions you accepted.
The essentials
- More than 24 hours before pickup
- Full refund
- 12 to 24 hours before pickup
- 50% cancellation charge; 50% refunded
- Less than 12 hours before pickup
- Full fare retained
Standard pickups include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting. Airport arrivals include 60 minutes after your flight's tracked actual landing when you give us a valid arrival flight number. Waiting beyond that is charged at $0.52 per minute, for each completed minute. Any automatic gratuity is shown in your confirmed price before you pay.
