By ticking the electronic records box at checkout, you agree that for this reservation: your acceptance and any guardian authorization may be given by electronic signature; the agreement, confirmation, receipts and other records may be provided electronically; and reservation-related notices may be sent to the e-mail address (and, for trip updates, the mobile number) on the reservation.
2. Scope
This consent covers transactional records and notices about your reservation. It is not consent to marketing.
3. Paper copies and withdrawal
You may ask for a paper copy of any record at no charge by writing to info@westminsterchariots.com. You may withdraw this consent at any time by writing to the same address; withdrawal applies going forward and does not affect records already provided. If you withdraw consent before your trip, we will contact you to complete the reservation another way.
