1. Our commitment

Westminster Chariots does not discriminate on the basis of disability, and we never charge a disability-related surcharge or fee.

2. Service animals

Service animals are welcome on every trip at no charge. They are not pets. We do not require certification or documentation. Where it is not obvious, our team may ask only whether the animal is required because of a disability and what work or task it has been trained to perform.

Pets that are not service animals are welcome with advance notice when they travel in a secure carrier or arrangement; documented extraordinary cleaning is handled under our cleaning policy.

3. Mobility devices and assistance

We carry folding wheelchairs, walkers and other mobility devices that can be safely stowed in the reserved vehicle, and our chauffeurs assist on request. Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are not part of our standard fleet. If you need one, contact us before booking; we will tell you honestly whether we can arrange equivalent service and how.

You may tell us about access needs when booking. We ask only what we need to provide the trip and never ask for a diagnosis.

4. Website accessibility

We design our website and booking flow to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where practicable, including keyboard access, visible focus, labelled forms and sufficient contrast. If anything is difficult to use, contact info@westminsterchariots.com or (571) 426-6338 and we will help you book and fix the problem.
